Our Pistachio Baklava is baked fresh here at Baklava Direct. We cut up our baklava to perfection. Made with a crunchy layered fillo pastry base and a middle high quality Turkish pistachio filling. We bake our baklava with ghee butter, and top it with our home made sweet and tasty gluscose sugar syrup to firm it together. Our tray of Pistachio Baklava is perfect for any occasion, and made fresh to your door step. Served well with ashta or Turkish ice cream
