Local Delivery:
Processing times for delivery
Our orders are processed on a day to day basis as we do next day delivery through our Sydney.
Order cut off time is 11:59 pm every night.
Once threshold is passed. You can’t not order for that following day.
Orders placed for the future will be delivered on the day requested within the time selection slots.
During peak times such as holidays. Order may not make it within your time slot but will allows arrive on that day.

We ship to all of Sydney, Australia. All shipping is done same day through drivers.

Shipping costs
Our shipping costs range from $6.95 to $17.95.
With our operations based in regents park, all sweets are products are distributed from here. Our shipping costs work as follows from the distribution location.
Local delivery
All our deliveries are done locally through a third party “GoPeople” tracking codes will be sent out to all clients on the day of there selected delivery date with estimates of delivery time and map tracking.

Potential service interruptions
Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. Your delivery might take longer than expected but will always arrive on the selected day of delivery as traffic variations and driver uncertainty changes by the minute.

Delivery times vary depending on location and courier:
Metro areas: 1–3 business days
Regional areas: 2–5 business days

4. Perishable Product Notice
By placing an order, you acknowledge:
The product is perishable
Transit conditions (including temperature and handling) are outside our control once dispatched
We take all reasonable steps to package products securely for transit.
5. Delivery Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
Provide a correct and complete delivery address
Ensure the order can be received promptly upon delivery

Ownership and risk pass to the customer once the order has been delivered.
